The National Medical Commission (NMC) on July 01, 2026, notified regarding the Extension of the last date for submission of the Annual Disclosure Report (ADR)-2025 in respect of PG Medical Courses.
The following has been stated:
• The Post Graduate Medical Education Board (PGMEB) has extended the last date for submission of the Annual Declaration Report (ADR) 2025 from June 30, 2026, to July 10, 2026 (midnight), in view of difficulties faced by some medical institutions during the online submission process.
• All medical colleges and institutions conducting postgraduate medical courses are required to upload the requisite admission details and submit the ADR along with the prescribed fee of ₹50,000 plus 18% GST per course through the designated NMC portal within the extended timeline, failing which no further extension will be granted, and penal provisions may be invoked.
